Flu immunisation - 12 December 2019

Your child(ren) will be bringing home an information leaflet from the NHS, covering letter and Consent form regarding their flu immunisation which is being held in school on the 12th December.

Please note the NHS are unable to vaccinate any child who hasn't returned the Consent Form to school by Thursday 21st November.  All forms are being collected by the NHS courier on Friday 22nd November so please make sure you return your Consent Form ASAP.
