Writing SPLAT event - June 2024
To finish our Writing Week with a bang, KS1 invited all parents and carers into school for a writing SPLAT event. Both year groups prepared activities for children to engage with their adults and to show the different writing styles and activities they use in school. It was a great event that lots of parents and carers attended and was lovely for teachers to explain some of the terminology and give examples of how different writing skills are taught.
