General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
From May 2018 the new General Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force. A key part of this new regulation is being open about how we use information and what rights you have in respect of information we hold about you and your children.
In response to GDPR we have developed new privacy notices that set out information for pupils, staff, volunteers and governors.
The notices set out:
- What information we hold
- Why do we have it and what it is used for
- Who we share information with and why
- How long we keep information for
- What rights you have
