Scientists

At GTS we want our children to have high aspirations. We want them to understand what it means to be a Scientist, experience being a scientist, learn more able real life scientists past and present and the type of work they do and develop and love and passion for science. During Class Science investigations children are given the opportunity to wear a Science Lab coat.

Each week a class Scientist is chosen, the Class Scientist is given a special School Science Lab Coat to wear in their next science lesson.

We have mapped out some key Scientists that the children study each term. Children now understand that Science opens up a world of opportunities and careers for them in the future.
