WAIL: To spot signs of Spring.
The EYFS children had a wonderful time on their spring walk to Shenley Wood, eager to spot the signs of the season! We were lucky enough to have a sunny day, perfect for exploring the outdoors. As we walked through the woods, the children were excited to spot the first signs of new life. We saw bird nests, waiting for eggs to be laid, and bees buzzing around, reminding us that flowers were blooming and offering nectar and pollen. The children spotted beautiful primroses, daffodils, and even some early bluebells. It was a delightful afternoon, full of exploration and joy as the children discovered the wonders of spring!
