WAIL: To understand where farm animals live.
WAIL: To talk about different living things.
WAIL: To name farm animals.
This week was so exciting as we left school to go on a school trip! We went on a trip to Hogshaw Farm! We were all extremely excited as we have been learning so much about Farm animals we were thinking carefully about what animals we thought we might see on the bus on the way there! We enjoyed going to farm animal workshop where they were able to feed goats and sheep. We stroked a chicken as it ran about by our legs and also looked at baby chicks that had hatched. Then we went to explore and we saw cows, pigs, llamas, donkeys, hens and even guinea pigs! We saw some rabbits hopping amongst the grass in the farm too! We enjoyed our delicious lunch together while we chatted about our favourite parts of the day – we had certainly built up an appetite! We then did some more exploring of the farm and finished off with a play and jump on the bouncy pillows. What a fantastic trip!
