PE - Catching and Throwing
Choose a selection of balls or objects (small soft toys, rolled up socks etc) Try throwing them using underarm throws and overarm throws into a bucket. If you find it easy – move further back. Choose an object. Go into the garden and try throwing it overarm. Put a small stone where it lands. Now try again using an underarm throw. Which throw goes the furthest? Why?
